Q. Can the item be returned if it does not fit in Size?
A. Yes you can as long as they are returned in the same way you received it, with all tags attached within 14 days of date of purchase. N.B This does not apply for Sale / Reduced items,you will get a store credit for these items that need to be used within 9 months.

Q. Is it possible to come and try on the Clothes ?
A. We are an online store, and we regret that there is no facility for customers to try on garments. However personal appointments can be made where we can meet up with the individual and discuss and show you the garment as well as showing you on line what the collection is like…. Q. If I don't see my size what does that mean ?
A. If you don't see your size in the size drop down for a particular item, it most likely means that we have sold out in that size, If the item has proven to be very popular then we may receive in sizes again. Very seldom our Customers may return an item in a sold out size that did not fit them, if that is the case we add the sizes back onto the website.
Q. Have you got a printed Catalogue ?
A. No Sorry. At the moment we do not have a catalogue. Our web site allows us to keep you updated with our new products. You can either check our web site on a regular basis, or why not join our mailing list to hear about funkymum2b new stock when it arrives.
Q. What payment methods do you accept ?
A. We accept Visa & Mastercard via our secure shopping cart. We can also arrange for you to pay via Paypal. Please Email us to make arrangements. You may also pay by Cheque , postal order or Bankdraft at the end of the day what ever is most suitable for you. However please keep in mind that it can take up to seven days to clear Cheques.
